Shared Support Maryland, Inc is a Maryland-based, not-for-profit providing completely personalized support to over 90 people with developmental disabilities. There are fewer than 75 agencies in the country that provide this new type of person-centered, customized support and service. The people we support live in their own homes, they hire & control their own support staff, hold jobs that pay a living wage, & spend their time in activities of their choosing.

Join us for this advanced opportunity and very productive workshop in our array of 
Person-Centered Capacity Training & Development Sessions!

Ultra productive meetings have many elements ~ one of them is a skilled facilitator! Whether
you are a Person directing your own services, a Coordinator of Community Services, a Case
Manager, a Support Broker, Transition Coordinator, Administrator... facilitating person
centered, service, strategic, organizational planning meetings ~ ANY type of meeting ~ this is
for you!

Organizations are turning increasingly to collaborative approaches to get work done better and faster. Planning meetings require the best of us in collaboration with others. Practice to
manage these skills ~ the result is highly productive, action oriented meetings.

This 2-day training is only $150 for both days. Teams are encouraged to apply. Register
10 people and another person can come for free! Call around ~ you don't have to be from
the same agency, be generous ~ give your freebee away :) ~ whatever suits best!
