Gail Godwin is the Executive Director of Shared Support Maryland, Inc.  Gail's MA is from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Education, Program in Severe Disabilities - educational, employment & community inclusion.  For over 20 years, she has been an advocate in collaboration with people with disabilities & has worked in service provision organizations at a direct support staff, middle manager,
administrator, and in training & development.   Her current professional affiliations includes MACS Board Member.  Recent affiliation includes Developmental Disabilities Council Executive Member &
Gail is a graduate & faculty member of the Leadership Institute Consortium on Developmental Disabilities.  She is the co-founder of the New York Downstate Person Centered Consortium.   Gail's experience is in Positive Supports, Person Directed Planning & Individualized Supports Organizational Development. gail@sharedsupportmd.org 
Melonee Clark is the mother of a teenage daughter with autism & a Support Broker for Shared Support MD.  Her focus is supporting individuals & their families with disabilities obtain access to services, supports, & programs through out Prince George’s County Community.  She is a Commissioner for the Prince George’s County Commission for Individuals with Disabilities.  She 
is a 2000 graduate of The Arc of MD Partner in Policy Making Leadership Program & the Parent Coordinator for The Children Developmental Clinic Parent Session.Melonee also works with the Arc of Prince George's County as the Outreach Program Administrator.  melonee@sharedsupportmd.org

Sharing ideas and solutions

Irene Souada has 22 years of experience working within systems that support individuals with developmental disabilities. She holds a degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences from the University of Maryland and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Irene started out as a direct service professional in a traditional day program and a residential group home in New York. In Maryland, she gained experience working with individuals of varying abilities and support needs in her roles as direct service, management, and resource coordination. Irene is knowledgeable of the service delivery system in   Maryland and has expertise in person directed planning and conflict mediation. She looks forward to expanding her services to the Latino community in Maryland and continuing to help people transition from institution level of care to community based supports. irene@sharedsupportmd.org
Sharon Glass, OSB has devoted her life to promoting the quality of life and independence for people as they seek services to provide for their basic needs. Along with her work in the area of social justice, Sharon is a Spiritual Director, retreat leader, and a Benedictine oblate, and she continues to cultivate, promote and maintain relationships in her community through her connections in different and diverse groups, the support group she founded (FOCAS--Families of Children on the Autism Spectrum), and her church. Her reputation as a fair, committed and driven individual, person of high integrity, team player and strong problem solver is well known in the community. Walking with those on the margins and helping them to achieve a better quality of life, she believes, makes her a good match to work with people who seek social justice, self-sufficiency and feeling fully human in today's global community. Sharon is the mother of a college honors student, and she is a graduate of University of Maryland University College with an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences. sharon@sharedsupportmd.org
Holly Augustine has been working in the field with individuals who live with disabilities since she has graduated high school in 2009. During that span of 8 years, she has explored various service positions in the field. These vary from volunteering as an art instructor at day programs, to working as a job coach, to becoming excited about recreational therapy and pursing a bachelors degree in the field. Over the years, she has learned so much from these experiences and found that her passion is to facilitate experiences for people of all abilities to become self empowered, realize their potential, lead fulfilling, inclusive and independent lives.

When Holly is not working she enjoys being outdoors, hiking with her dog, camping and going on road trips to see new places. holly@sharedsupportmd.org

Kristi Culbreth has worked for people with disabilities in Maryland since moving to Baltimore from South Carolina in 2013. Before joining Shared Support, she worked in employment services doing customized and supported job development and coaching. Kristi is certified in Customized Employment services through the Association of Community of Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) and loves to support people to find employment that works for them. She holds an undergraduate degree in English from Erskine College.

When she’s not working, Kristi enjoys knitting, hammocking, and waiting in anticipation for the Orioles to win the World Series. kristi@sharedsupportmd.org
